Chapters 1-3

Scabland Audio

In Chapter 1 the thing I’ll  remember most is the Scab Lands. What I learned is that a HUGE Mega flood rushed over the land and made this area the cool thing is that there is no other place in the whole world like the Scab Lands. This is an important part of our states history because its what make Washington, Washington not just another one of the 50 states.

In Chapter 2 the thing I’ll remember most is all the different environments. What I learned is that if we didn’t have all the environments is what make Washington not boring, if we didn’t have these regions than we wouldn’t have the Olympic Marmot which is only in Washington. This is an important part of our states history because it changes things that could of happened of what did happen.

In Chapter 3 the thing I’ll remember most is the indians life styles. What I learned is that they lived in different environments and live different ways but they also did many things the same even though they were totally different. This is important because it can help us learn about they people who lived here before us, for example if we learn about the coastal indians than we can learn more about the plateau indians.
